About Snehito

Snehito is Kerala's premier ageing-life platform, built for a specific kind of family: one where the people who love each other most often live in different time zones.

Our mission

Their family may be far away. Their people aren't. Snehito exists to help older adults across Kerala remain independent, supported, and connected — while giving family members abroad real visibility into how their loved one is actually doing, not just a phone call every few weeks.

What we do

Snehito combines Care, Health, Community, Companionship, Experiences, and Family Connection in one platform: recurring Companion visits, Care & Health Package subscriptions, a Health Passport for medical information and documents, curated Snehito Direct Services like tours and health camps, a senior social network, and optional wearable-based wellbeing monitoring.

Where we operate

Snehito is headquartered in Kottayam, Kerala, and our verified Companions currently serve families across Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, and Thrissur, with more districts on the way.

How we keep families safe

Every Snehito Companion goes through identity and address verification, a background verification certificate, an in-person interview, and manual admin approval before they ever appear in a family's bookings. See our Member Safety & Vetting page for the full process.
